At this time, all payments are required at the time of service.  A superbill will be provided that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement as outlined in your policy for out of network providers.

We accept payment at time of service. The fee structure is based on treatment time. We can discuss this at your first visit.

There may be additional fees for use of other modalities including tui na, heat lamp, gua sha, moxa and cupping. Please note that insurance does not cover the cost of herbs.
